This course is designed to get you your Openwater certification within the week and not have to take any time off work. Pool and theory sessions take place on the Tuesday and Thursday evenings followed by your four exciting ocean water dives on the weekend.

Photographs for your Openwater certification card Dive Medical in accordance with Australian Standards, A.S 4005- (1992) Some medical conditions may prevent you from diving. For example: heart disease asthma, epilepsy or diabetes, IF you are unsure of a particular medical condition, please check with us pripr to reservation. Australian Medical Standards are different to those overseas. A medical obtained in another country will most likely NOT be valid in Australia. The minimum age to start this course is 12 yrs. Children under the age of 15 must be accompanied by a parent or adult over the age of 18. Children between 12-14 years of age will qualify as Junior Openwater Divers, trained to a dive depth of 12 metres. The Dive buddy must be a minimum certification level of Divemaster or their parent /guardian.
